Terri Buffery – Partner
With over 20 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge across mobility products and services. She is fully trained in scooter and battery systems, ensuring expert guidance for every customer.
Her main focus is helping customers make informed, confident, and appropriate purchasing decisions tailored to their needs.
She is also passionate about maintaining Cherryholt as a kind, welcoming, and friendly environment for both customers and staff.
Anita Buffery – Partner
Cherryholt was established over 20 years ago by Anita and Steve Buffery working along side their daughter Terri. Since then, it has grown into a trusted name in mobility support.
Anita brings extensive knowledge of mobility products, combined with a genuinely caring and compassionate approach. She specialises in measuring for rise and recline chairs, ensuring each customer receives the right fit and feels completely confident in their choice.
She takes great pride in Cherryholt and in the many years the business has continued to serve and support its community.
Luke Skillings – Technician
Luke is our technician and is trained in scooters, batteries, and a wide range of mobility products. Although he is new to the team, he has fitted in seamlessly and shares Cherryholt’s values of care, empathy, and building strong relationships with customers.
He consistently goes above and beyond to support people, taking the time to understand each customer’s needs. His patience, approachable nature, and growing expertise make him a valued member of the team.
Hayley Rainbow – Customer Care
Hayley has been a valued member of our team for over 10 years and is one of the most affectionate, positive, and caring people you could hope to work with or be supported by. She has extensive knowledge across a wide range of mobility products, including scooters, batteries, rollators, daily living aids, and much more.
Hayley is highly skilled at fault-finding and is always willing to get hands-on when needed—whether that’s diagnosing an issue or even changing scooter tyres herself. Her practical expertise is matched by her deep understanding and empathy, which comes from personal experience supporting family members with disabilities.
Her genuine enthusiasm for helping others is truly endearing and makes a lasting impression on everyone she assists.
